The Deadpool skin is not available in the Fortnite item shop which means it will not be obtainable from there. You have to unlock it via several challenges which means that you have to be patient and invest a lot of time into it. New challenges are available each week and you must check on them constantly. Another thing to consider here is that you must have a season 2 Battle Pass in order to participate in any of them. Players without the season pass will not be able to earn the Deadpool skin.
